The EA placed 21 consecutive orders resulting in a loss of $600, failing to follow the one-order-at-a-time lot size 0.01 rule. After contacting the customer service manager and confirming that there would be no margin call, the EA completed 21 orders within one minute, followed by a group notification stating the EA was malfunctioning and out of control. A few minutes later, all 21 orders incurred losses simultaneously. A claim was filed to recover the funds, and trading account 300378 can be checked for transaction records. In the afternoon 15.00 Beijing time, a notification was issued to shut down the EA, but it continued to place orders automatically. Around 20.00 in the evening, after I changed the trading account password, there were still 2 orders placed by the EA. Currently, there is still over $450 at risk with $200 in open losses.
