My bank card was frozen, and I can't link it to new payment channels.

Recently, I tried to deposit using my bank card, but it got blocked. So I looked for other options and tried depositing 15 USDT via cryptocurrency. But then I was told the platform doesn't support that method — plus, withdrawals aren't allowed for amounts under 50 USDT. Then I tried OKX to link an external wallet, but this new platform insisted I submit personal information. What personal info does OKX even have? And where would I get transaction records between OKX and their platform? I contacted customer service multiple times, but they just kept giving me the same scripted replies — no real help at all. Whatever, I'm switching platforms. This is so sketchy.

Despite a 5-fold floating profit, the AUS GLOBAL platform maliciously forced liquidation at a price far below the actual market value, resulting in significant losses.

Prior to being maliciously forced to liquidate by AUS GLOBAL (AUS), my balance was slightly over $4000, with a floating profit slightly over $20000, I had 6 spot gold positions of 0.1 lots each, 2 copper futures positions of 0.1 lots each, and the proportion of available prepayment was over 7000%. Trading time Sept. 16, 2025, 15:18 (Beijing time+8), without any prior warning, my trading account was forced to close all positions, and that too at extremely low levels not reached in the market, and received an email from AUS a few minutes later informing me of violation of two ambiguous clauses, without providing concrete facts of wrongful operations, just a few vague lines of text were sufficient for them to determine violation and close at malicious low prices. The specifics can be clearly seen from the attached chart screenshot. After explaining the specific clauses, the 2 points the company mentioned, were not practiced by the platform: 1, AUS stated "open trading orders have been forcibly closed at real-time prices", but the actual closing point was extremely low, which is shameless, evidenced by the screenshot. 2, AUS stated "permanently bans this account's trading functions and other operations (including transfers, account opening, etc.), only retains the account's withdrawal permission", but my bank channel was deleted and could not be added, leaving only the crypto channel. After moving around various pages of my AUS backend, the bank withdrawal channel suddenly appeared, I immediately applied for a withdrawal of most funds through the bank channel, a small amount had been applied for withdrawal through the crypto channel a few minutes earlier. Upon completion of the withdrawal operation, the bank withdrawal channel never appeared again and could not be added until the account was closed. During the withdrawal application stage, various pieces of evidence were collected, account content, historical trading records, email information, etc. At around noon Beijing time on September 17, 2025, a small amount of funds withdrawn through the cryptocurrency channel first arrived, and then about two hours later, most of the funds arrived in my bank account. It was then that I prepared the MT4 account history screenshot, email notes screenshot, and appeal email to send to AUS together. A few seconds later, the most outrageous thing happened, the page suddenly jumped out to the login page while I was browsing my AUS account and could not log in again. If I had reversed the process, regardless of whether the funds had arrived or not, immediately sending an appeal email, whether the only funds could be withdrawn or not would have been unknown. Considering the series of previous operations of the platform, the consequences are self-evident. It should be emphasized that from beginning to end, I have been hesitant and open-minded, perhaps there really was inappropriate operation without knowing it, then the platform shows evidence of the facts of the violation, and I am willing to be penalized, further reducing trading risk in the future. Ironically, after actively communicating with the platform through various channels, the platform is the one without any bottom line, not providing any factual basis, no new explanations, only recycling those two ambiguous clauses. Watching helplessly as the account gets liquidated, unable to close positions whether in profit or loss, and when complaining to customer service, they blame it on my internet connection and refuse to resolve or compensate. On the eve of the Non-Farm Payrolls announcement on May 5th, I placed several short orders on silver futures around 32.40. I attempted to manually close positions around 32.20 but suffered severe slippage, causing profitable orders to close around 32.93, some as high as 33.20. However, the highest price on May 5th was around 32.50. This slippage resulted in an immediate loss of over $5000. Therefore, I demand compensation from the Axi platform.

I have been trading with TMGM for many years. Around July 2025, I deposited over 200,000 USD. Later, I applied for a withdrawal to manage my funds, but the platform blocked it. Then, on August 19, I received an email accusing me of violating trading rules without specifying which account or order was involved. They demanded that I sign an unfair agreement, offering only the return of my principal without clarifying the exact amount—only mentioning a withdrawal request of over 4,000 USD made that day. This is utterly unreasonable and predatory! As a retail trader, how could I possibly have the power to manipulate the market? The platform never accused me of market manipulation when I was losing—only when I started making profits. I emailed them, hoping for an open and honest discussion, and expressed willingness to cooperate with their investigation. However, the platform has been unresponsive, and I have yet to receive any reply! Currently, I cannot even log into my account or access the backend. My core demands are: 1. A written response: Clearly state which account and which trade violated the rules (provide the account and order number). 2. Unblock my backend account and refund my principal.
