Compliance with trading rules: Since opening my account in May 2025, I have consistently adhered to agent guidelines, employing a 'buy-and-hold' strategy on both rising and falling markets. Your platform rules clearly permit 'lock positions', and the same has been recognized and approved in the following four months, with regular in and outflow of funds. 2. Timing of the problem: The dispute arose after the agent advised on a series of losses, initiating a 'loss compensation'. The platform suddenly redefined my consistent operations over the last four months as 'wash trades' and deducted funds. This is hard to understand. 3. Current situation: After communication, the platform has refunded the principal of 2565 dollars, but still withhold 2374.39 dollars. We believe it is unfair to retroactively penalize based on the fact that the platform permitted these operations for a long period. We hope that RockGlobal platform will revisit this case and return the withheld $2374.39 based on the principle of fairness, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
