I traded normally with this broker, but then they didn't allow my withdrawal, and after that they took all my profits because I was hedging. In terms of pattern, I didn't take any opposite positions, but this fraudulent broker stole all my profits and blocked my access. This broker is truly a fraud.

I am a registered client of AXI (AxiTrader Limited), with the registered email louis60@outlook.com and associated accounts 887 and 88****1. I opened an account on November 17, 2025, and deposited USD 20,941.64 on November 18, 2025, subsequently engaging in trading. On November 23, 2025, I submitted my first withdrawal request. The standard processing time is 1-3 business days. However, by December 3, 2025, I had not received the funds. Instead, both withdrawal requests were returned to my trading account. The AXI platform cited a "funds review" as the reason, demanding that I provide bank statements, proof of income, deposit receipts, and biometric verification. My deposit was made via cryptocurrency, and I had also requested a withdrawal to cryptocurrency. I fail to understand why the platform requires my banking information. Nevertheless, in urgent need of the funds and wishing to cooperate, I promptly submitted all requested documents and completed the biometric verification. As of now, I am still unable to resubmit the withdrawal request. Over the past week, I have repeatedly contacted the platform via email and through my IB/account manager to inquire about the review status. The relevant department either ignores my inquiries entirely or provides vague, non-committal responses, citing the ongoing review as an excuse. To date, my withdrawal remains in limbo. The account's profit is merely over USD 5,000. More critically, the account still holds my initial principal investment of USD 20,941.64. Given such illegal and non-compliant practices, what introducing broker would dare to cooperate with such a platform in the future? What investor would feel safe depositing funds? I call upon media friends to help expose this platform's misconduct by sharing my case. Simultaneously, I will commence legal proceedings to defend my legitimate rights and interests. FXTM requires withdrawal accounts to use the same bank as the deposit account. However, the withdrawal bank options do not include the deposit bank, preventing withdrawals. Despite multiple reports to backend customer service, the issue remains unresolved. They claim to have forwarded it to the payment provider and ask for patience. After repeated inquiries, there is still no resolution. Be highly vigilant against fraudulent platforms and take precautions.

Exness is kind of biggest scamIn Forex Industry . If you are a big investor then definitely this platform is not for you. It’s my own experience and I have videos recording and everything regarding this Broker,after placing 180 Lots on USDCHF they not allow to close your trade, my trade execute and my profit was 1,11,000 USD. They restricted my withdrawal & Transfer same time. I try to closed trade but they not allow to closed trade. They allow only 0.1 lots when I click to closed. It take 3 hours to close my full order of 180 lots. my trade was running in 100 K profit and when I try to close this trade in small small size then it take more three hours and mark it again come back and I am not able to book my profit when I complain to Broker. They give silly examples and deny to give my profit. I have a complete video screenshot recording of this incident I can give as a proof. seriously, this platform is a blender in forex industry. I think no one platform is doing like this. They allow to close your trade when it is Loss but they don’t allow to close your trade if it goes profit. my account equity was $25,000 when I placed the order of 180. Lots on USDCHF and I was sure about the trade and my profit was more than 100 K. But they don’t allow to close the trade. if market go against me, so if there is more than 100 K in my account that also all money will loss. if you are a bigger investor and you have a capital of more than 5000 -10,000 $ and this platform is not for you because if you place the order and if you not able to close the order, they don’t have immediate support option ,where you can complain ,they reply in 3 to 4 days. you definitely lost your money. The only good thing is, they were immediate and fast withdrawal. But once you’re not able to close the trade, they stop your internal transfer as well as withdrawal also . On December 19th, a withdrawal of $5,063 was processed. At 23:24 that night, EX showed the transaction as completed. However, the funds never arrived in my withdrawal card. I filed two appeals during this period and repeatedly contacted customer service, but unfortunately, the support team kept giving the same vague responses without clearly stating when the withdrawal would be credited.
