Arbitrary leverage adjustment led to a margin call.

Before 3 pm on the 24th, the price of gold fell from around 3023. At that time, the leverage of gold was a thousand times. Meanwhile the bitcoin price was near the day's high. I held short positions in gold, and as the price fell, the net value began to rise. With increasing margin, I also added short positions in Bitcoin. At the same time, I closed a profitable short position in gold. However, while my account value was constantly rising due to the falling gold price, the platform continually increased my used margin. Their reasoning was the recent implementation of floating leverage. I disputed this as my trade time did not fall within the regulated time period. They still applied a hundred-fold leverage to my already established trades (already executed at a thousand-fold leverage). Also, previously during big data times, the leverage would float from a thousand times to a hundred or even less, and change back after five minutes, without affecting the trades already executed with a thousand-fold leverage. Fluctuations of the used margin for my open trades on the 24th led to a significant increase, which is in violation of the platform's margin rules, industry margin rules, and the platform's floating margin time period rules. Despite the fact that the price of gold rose again, the significant increase in used margin forced a margin call on my account. This kind of malicious and irregular operation has damaged the interests of customers and indirectly proved that the platform is an unregulated black platform. Before the margin call, my account balance was over 1100 US dollars, with a net value of over 500 US dollars. Subsequently, the platform hastily issued a notice on the app, announcing the start of margin fluctuations.

Unwarranted account suspension

In December 2024, after depositing money, I had no transactions throughout the entire month. Yet, the officials stated that some 'malicious event' occurred on December 30th and consequently suspended my account. I can understand if someone used some software or plug-ins for trading and profiting, but my account had zero transactions. So why suspend mine? They're not even allowing me to withdraw my money now, and my emails are being ignored. It's simply a fraud platform.

Underhand forced liquidation and extreme slippage in USDNOK transaction.

I was conducting trades in USDNOK during the early hours of a Monday. Without any intervention on my part, all my orders were unexpectedly liquidated, despite my margin being fully sufficient. The liquidation price for my sell orders stood at 11.05 while simultaneously, the buy orders were closed at 10.65, exposing a disparity of more than 4000 points. The broker's actions were nothing short of malicious, enforcing a liquidation with severe slippage, and shamelessly capitalizing on the client's losses. I find this conduct utterly repugnant.

IC Markets registered by Chinese clients are all condominiums using over-operated licences profit from customers' losses!

IC Markets foreign exchange platform through the domestic server (server in China and Hong Kong, China) for background manipulation of trading data, frequent slippage and amplitude of the abnormal (such as gold point difference of up to 70 U.S. dollars) to earn the money of customer losses. IC Markets foreign exchange platform funds did not enter the real market, the use of betting on the way, is to eat the customer loss of the company, only the investor loss, the platform will make money. Through the background manipulation of trading data to let customers deliberately lose money, so as to take more benefits. IC said by the Australian ASIC and other international supervision, regulatory information is not true, in fact, the server is located in mainland China within the territory and Hong Kong, regulatory shell. IC Markets is to use a seemingly more normal licence to act as a facade, and then the use of other non-regulated or over-limit operation of the licence company for trading, once the platform out of the problem, will not be punished by the regulator, can be unscrupulous harvest leeks. Seychelles (FSA) Raw Trading Ltd is indeed regulated, but IC Markets, the only company advertised and regulated on the official website, is not placed on MT4/5 for trading, while other licences with numerous problems are placed on MT4/5 for trading. IC Markets‘ forex platforms have falsified regulatory qualifications and manipulated trading data in the background to earn money from clients’ losses. Event Details: On the early morning of February 14, 2025 (around 5:45 AM just before the market close), EC Markets maliciously increased the spreads, with a nominal spread of 67 points and a hidden spread of 48 points. This led to the forceful closure of my account which had both long and short positions locked, wiping out over $750,000 USDT in equity within a minute. There was no email notification; their actions were too blatant, akin to a wolf in sheep's clothing. Over nearly a month of negotiations with the platform, I have only received one email response. I have requested the platform to provide a complete and compliant explanation for the forced closure but have not yet received a reply. I hope that media friends can join me in resisting the unscrupulous practices of these "black platforms." The account is personally mine, and I possess all relevant evidence and documentation.
