BOQ broker is indeed a safe and legitimate institution for trading and banking. Being regulated by ASIC, BOQ broker is held to high standards of compliance, ensuring that it operates within the laws governing financial institutions in Australia. ASIC’s oversight includes ensuring that BOQ broker maintains transparency in its financial operations, keeps customer funds secure, and adheres to strict business practices. This regulation reassures me as an investor, knowing that BOQ broker is held accountable for its actions and decisions. It also means that in the event of a dispute or financial mismanagement, there are clear procedures in place for customer protection. However, as BOQ broker operates as a Market Maker (MM), it may sometimes create a situation where there’s a potential conflict of interest.
