My account is not getting opened since last 3 mont

I am using a funded account in which I use a swinging type with $25,000. I have been trading for 5 days. I trade according to the conditions, I have achieved the first level of the achievement also But from 3.07.2024, I have been trying to log in and I'm getting an error. There's no response from my Relationship Manager's side either. It's been 15 days now Please inform and forward your superior about these issues
Sir please provide me a login account. I have also done KYC, everything is ready but I have not received the login account yet.
