can not withdraw grow acount $1800 and get baned

i deposit $200 trade from may 1 to may 23 and have profit of $1662.88 but the balance cannot be withdrawn, i have contacted support under the ib than i use, i am accused of having 11 accounts and committing fraud, though i didn't do that
