Querying transaction history is very convenient. You can filter by time and type, and even export it to Excel. I export it monthly for review. The records are very detailed, with opening and closing prices, and profit and loss clearly shown. The only problem is that I can only access records for the past year. If I want to check earlier records, I have to contact customer service, which is a bit inconvenient.

고객님께, 소중한 의견을 남겨주셔서 감사합니다. 지난 1년간의 거래 내역을 다운로드하는 데 어려움을 겪으셨다는 점을 잘 알고 있습니다. 현재 MT4 서버 01에서만 1년 이상의 거래 내역 검색을 지원하지 않습니다. 해당 서버를 사용하시는 경우, 이메일을 통해 고객 지원팀에 문의해 주시면 필요한 데이터를 제공해 드리겠습니다. MT4 서버 02 또는 MT5 플랫폼에 계정을 사용하시는 경우, 해당 문제는 발생하지 않으며, 거래 계정에서 직접 거래 내역을 내보내실 수 있습니다.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We understand the difficulty you encountered when attempting to download your trading history from the past year. Currently, only MT4 Server 01 does not support retrieving trading history beyond one year. If you are using this server, we recommend that you contact our customer support team via email, and we will assist you in obtaining the required data. If your account is on MT4 Server 02 or the MT5 platform, it is not affected, and you may export the historical records directly from your trading account.
