取引履歴の照会はとても便利です。時間やタイプでフィルタリングでき、Excelにエクスポートすることもできます。私は毎月レビューのためにエクスポートしています。記録は非常に詳細で、始値と終値、利益と損失が明確に表示されています。唯一の問題は、過去1年分の記録しかアクセスできないことです。それ以前の記録を確認したい場合は、カスタマーサービスに連絡する必要があり、少し不便です。

Querying transaction history is very convenient. You can filter by time and type, and even export it to Excel. I export it monthly for review. The records are very detailed, with opening and closing prices, and profit and loss clearly shown. The only problem is that I can only access records for the past year. If I want to check earlier records, I have to contact customer service, which is a bit inconvenient.

お客様各位、フィードバックをお送りいただき、誠にありがとうございます。過去1年間の取引履歴をダウンロードしようとした際に生じた困難について理解しております。現在、MT4 Server 01のみが1年を超える取引履歴の取得をサポートしていません。このサーバーをご利用の場合、メールにてカスタマーサポートチームまでご連絡いただくことをお勧めいたします。必要なデータを取得するお手伝いをさせていただきます。お客様のアカウントがMT4 Server 02またはMT5プラットフォームにある場合、影響はなく、取引アカウントから直接履歴記録をエクスポートすることが可能です。

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We understand the difficulty you encountered when attempting to download your trading history from the past year. Currently, only MT4 Server 01 does not support retrieving trading history beyond one year. If you are using this server, we recommend that you contact our customer support team via email, and we will assist you in obtaining the required data. If your account is on MT4 Server 02 or the MT5 platform, it is not affected, and you may export the historical records directly from your trading account.
