From the Heart: DBG Markets Promotes Education in Vietnams Highlands

Recent years, Vietnams economy has continued to grow, with increasing investment in education. Yet in remote highland areas, resources remain limited, and many children still face challenges such as inadequate learning environments and outdated facilities.

To address this, DBG Markets Vietnam team held a school groundbreaking ceremony in Hán Trạng Village from February 2–6, 2026. The company announced a donation of VND 430 million to improve local education conditions. The project aims to create a safer, more modern learning environment, bringing new hope to children in the highlands.

Groundbreaking Ceremony in Hán Trạng Village

The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Cứ A Dạng, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Chiềng Hoa Commune Party Committee and Chairman of the People‘s Committee. In his remarks, he highlighted that most local residents belong to ethnic minority groups who have long faced limited access to education. DBG Markets’ support will provide children with a new school, helping them move toward a brighter future.

Distinguished guests included Mr. Lường Văn Duyên, Standing Member of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee, along with leaders from the Party Committee, Peoples Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee. Representatives from Chiềng Ân Primary and Secondary Schools, as well as Hán Trạng villagers, also attended to witness this important milestone.

The ceremony featured a blessing led by Venerable Thích Quảng Thành of the Vietnam Buddhist Association in Phú Thọ Province, who prayed for the projects success and for peace and prosperity in the community.

Representing DBG Markets Vietnam, Ms. Pink announced the donation and outlined the project‘s vision: to improve the lives of highland residents and children through sustainable development and community-focused initiatives, while supporting Vietnam’s broader educational goals.

DBG Markets formally donated VND 430 million to Chiềng Hoa Commune leaders under the “Future for Children No.01” project. The funds will be used to build, renovate, and upgrade two classrooms, one teachers dormitory, and two modern restrooms. The project also includes a campus fence, a playground, two smart TVs, desks and chairs, and new learning materials.

Additionally, DBG Markets established a scholarship fund of VND 25 million to reward 50 students, further supporting educational advancement. Ms. Pink emphasized that this initiative not only improves facilities but also lights a path of hope for children in the highlands.

Blessing and Groundbreaking Ceremony

With the participation of community leaders and Venerable Thích Quảng Thành, incense was offered and prayers were made for the smooth progress of the construction.

The groundbreaking marked the official start of the school project, symbolizing the birth of a new campus and the community‘s aspirations for its children’s future.

Lunar New Year Charity Care

In addition to the school project, DBG Markets extended care to 50 poor and near-poor households by distributing Tet gift packages worth VND 500,000 each, bringing warmth during the New Year season.

The Vietnam team also donated an additional VND 25 million and personally delivered packages containing essential goods and VND 300,000 in cash assistance to help families celebrate a more fulfilling Tet.

Children received milk, sweets, and snacks, their bright smiles reflecting joy and hope.

With the new school underway, these children will soon enjoy better learning conditions and enter the new year full of motivation and dreams.
