Je demande un retrait pour la première fois le 8 juillet. Deux jours plus tard, les fonds ont été renvoyés sur mon compte en raison d'une panne du système bancaire. Le 10 juillet, après confirmation avec des membres concernés de l'entreprise, j'ai soumis une nouvelle demande de retrait. Après 24 heures, les fonds n'ont toujours pas été crédités. Jusqu'à présent, les membres concernés n'ont pas fourni d'explication détaillée sur la raison fondamentale pour laquelle les fonds ne peuvent pas être crédités, se contentant de dire qu'ils sont en communication active avec le fournisseur de paiement. De plus, lors d'un appel téléphonique, ils ont évoqué des possibilités non confirmées, ce qui n'est pas significatif. Je demande à la plateforme d'intervenir et d'aider à enquêter!

Le service client est injoignable, les retraits sont impossibles. Il était possible de retirer au début, mais ensuite cela reste bloqué en cours de vérification...
