For Singapore Dollar accounts, uSMART allows deposits via eGIRO, Paynow, FAST, telegraphic transfer, and BigPay, which are efficient for adding funds. However, when it comes to withdrawals, there is no explicit indication from uSMART Group that any of these methods—such as Paynow or FAST—facilitate truly instant withdrawals to your bank account. For foreign currencies, like USD or HKD, they rely on telegraphic transfer and BigPay, but these typically introduce banking delays. In practice, I have found that while some local payment systems can be fast for deposits, even reputable, regulated brokers like uSMART usually require standard processing times for fund withdrawals as part of their anti-fraud and regulatory compliance measures. This is especially the case with MAS-regulated entities, who tend to prioritize security and transparency over speed, and I value that caution, even if it slows things down. So, although the withdrawal options are convenient and cover local digital payment schemes, I would not expect instant access to withdrawn funds. For me, knowing uSMART does not promise or guarantee instant withdrawals ultimately aligns with the prudent standards I look for concerning my trading capital’s safety.
