From my experience as a forex trader, I am always cautious when evaluating whether a broker supports automated strategies like Expert Advisors (EAs). With HGNH, based on the details available, their trading technology mainly involves proprietary platforms such as Polestar Global Trading and Henghua International Trading, rather than the widely recognized MetaTrader 4 or 5, which are best known for their robust EA compatibility and support. This lack of MT4/MT5 full licensing immediately makes me hesitant to assume HGNH provides reliable support for standard EAs. While some user reports on industry-standard execution are present, nothing in the broker’s publicly available data directly confirms native EA support on their platforms. I also try to verify whether a broker’s trading software allows for importing custom algorithms or scripting functions comparable to those on MT4/MT5, and for HGNH, such confirmations are lacking. Adding to my concerns, several user complaints revolve around difficulties with fund withdrawals and overall account restrictions after profits. This consistent pattern would make me extra careful with deploying any automated trading strategy, as the true value in automation arises only if the platform is trustworthy, stable, and permits fast, hassle-free access to funds. In summary, I have found no convincing evidence that HGNH platforms support EAs in the conventional sense. Even if partial automation exists within their proprietary software, I would personally avoid using high-risk or algorithmic setups until more transparency and third-party validation become available. For me, a broker that doesn’t clearly state their EA support—combined with recent negative feedback—cannot be considered suitable for automated trading.
