This uncertainty is a red flag for me personally and, in my opinion, is a major reason to be extremely cautious. When entrusting funds to a broker, I always insist on complete transparency regarding all fees, especially around deposits and withdrawals. On this front, 4e currently does not provide sufficient clarity for my standards of safety and trust.
