As someone who relies on timely market updates and consistent account access, being unable to reach the broker’s website raises significant concerns about operational reliability and transparency. For a trading environment, this sort of instability is a risk I cannot take lightly. Moreover, the fact that M&H operates without valid regulatory oversight adds another layer of discomfort. From my years in the forex market, I have learned that transparent and responsive customer support is closely linked to a broker’s regulatory standards. Since M&H is unregulated and there are reports of a suspicious regulatory license, this casts doubt on their ability—or willingness—to address client issues efficiently. While they provide email and phone contacts, the absence of a functional website magnifies my worry about getting reliable support during urgent situations or technical failures. Given these factors, I personally remain very cautious regarding both the reliability of M&H's platform and the quality of their customer service. In such a setting, I do not feel adequately protected as a trader, and I would encourage others to be wary as well.
