From my direct experience trading and evaluating brokers, I’ve learned to carefully check for both regulatory clarity and funding options, especially when it concerns major trends like cryptocurrency deposits. With XP Investimentos, after reviewing their available funding and account services, I have not found any mention or option for depositing cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or USDT for account funding. Their product range is broad—covering equities, fixed income, futures, funds, and various investment products—but there is a noticeable absence of support for digital assets as a deposit method. For me, the lack of regulation with XP Investimentos already warrants extra caution. This, combined with the absence of crypto funding channels, means I’d only consider using more standard and well-documented methods such as traditional bank transfers or PIX/TED if I decided to open or fund an account here. As cryptocurrencies continue to gain traction in the broader financial world, I prefer brokers who clearly disclose whether or not they accept them, considering both security and compliance. Until there is official, published evidence that XP Investimentos accepts Bitcoin, USDT, or other cryptocurrencies for deposits, I would not attempt to fund an account this way, both for safety and operational certainty.
