Based on my careful review and experience, I would urge significant caution regarding depositing funds—especially cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or USDT—into any account purporting to be with BGC. While there are reports describing the use of USDT for deposits on platforms operating under the BGC name, these same reports detail frequent and severe withdrawal issues, unexplained maintenance, and delayed or ignored customer support. In several cases, the platforms that accepted USDT as deposit method turned out to be implicated in fraudulent schemes, with users unable to retrieve their funds and the companies denying or disappearing upon requests for withdrawals. From an expert’s perspective, one reason this is deeply concerning is that cryptocurrency transactions are typically irreversible. If deposited funds are not honored or if the platform is not genuine, recovery is nearly impossible. Even though BGC is stated to hold certain licenses, the context reveals long-standing doubts about the legitimacy of some websites and operational transparency. I could not confirm any official, regulated process that safely supports cryptocurrency payments directly to a genuine BGC brokerage account. For me, the risk profile is simply too high, and until there is incontrovertible evidence of a secure deposit and withdrawal process—backed by transparent regulation and verifiable company operations—I would not consider funding any account by crypto, especially USDT or Bitcoin, with BGC or similarly ambiguous platforms.
