This is significant for me, as full transparency and proper, reliable provision of Islamic-compliant accounts are necessities for many traders seeking to adhere to Shariah law. In my assessment, the absence of a clear, standard swap-free Islamic account and the added layer of uncertainty—combined with unregulated status and user reports involving withdrawal issues—raises red flags. Personally, if trading in strict accordance with Islamic principles is essential, I would consider these gaps in Daman Securities’ offering as a strong reason to look elsewhere for a broker with a proven and documented swap-free account structure, ideally under credible regulatory oversight.
