For example, the foreign card usage fee for the Classic Account is 2.99% per transaction, which can be expensive when traveling abroad or making international purchases. The bank also charges fees for ATM withdrawals outside of Bank of Scotland ATMs, which could be a disadvantage if I frequently withdraw cash.
