From my own check, Banxso isn’t actually regulated right now. They’ve had their FSCA license revoked, and the CySEC and ASIC licenses are unverified. For me, that’s a big red flag because without active regulation, I can’t count on the same legal protections for my funds. If I decide to trade here, I need to keep that risk front and center in my mind.
