Based on my review of Shaw and Partners, I couldn't find any clear indication that they specifically offer swap-free or Islamic account options for traders. From my experience, most brokers that provide such accounts clearly disclose this because it's an important feature for clients who need to comply with Sharia law and avoid interest (swap) charges on overnight positions. Shaw and Partners appears to focus more on wealth management, financial planning, and managed account services rather than the kind of forex trading structures where swap-free options are a common offering. Another important detail is the regulatory situation. Although the firm holds an Investment Advisory License with ASIC, its license status is listed as "Exceeded," meaning it’s no longer current. This introduces some risk, and I’m particularly cautious with any broker whose regulatory standing is not fully in force, especially when it comes to transparency around specific account types like Islamic accounts. In summary, given the available information and my emphasis on regulatory clarity and explicit account details, I would not assume Shaw and Partners offers swap-free or Islamic accounts. Anyone with such requirements should directly contact the broker for official confirmation and remain very cautious due to the expired license status. For me, verifiable, specific account offerings and a current regulatory license are non-negotiable factors in broker selection.
