With BGC, there’s no specific public documentation outlining their withdrawal process or listing the standard documents required for an initial withdrawal. This absence of detail is a concern in itself, as reputable brokers normally disclose such procedures transparently. From what I have observed and from direct user testimonies, the process often lacks transparency and can involve significant hurdles. Multiple users have described that after requesting a withdrawal—often after being guided through account setup by group leaders or customer service—responses can be delayed, require repeated follow-ups, and may involve additional unverifiable requirements. There are reported cases where customers are asked for further verification or even additional deposits to speed up withdrawals, tactics which I believe signal elevated risk. Based on industry norms, a legitimate, properly regulated broker should only require basic identification—such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, and possibly proof of source of funds—for initial withdrawals. However, with BGC, concrete procedural details remain elusive. This uncertainty is precisely why, for me, any withdrawal request with BGC warrants extreme caution and thorough verification of all steps with direct, official contacts—not intermediaries or group moderators. I do not proceed with brokers who lack transparency at this critical level.
