As an experienced independent forex trader, I approach every broker with a strong emphasis on regulatory credibility and operational transparency, especially given the risks in the industry. When I assessed Nova Finance, several serious red flags were immediately apparent that make me reluctant to consider them trustworthy for my trading needs. First and foremost, Nova Finance is operating with unverified regulatory licenses; both their Seychelles FSA and UK FCA claims are not substantiated. For me, verified and reputable regulatory oversight is the foundation of trust in any broker, as it means client funds are subject to certain protections and dispute mechanisms. Nova Finance lacks this, and WikiFX notes a suspicious regulatory status with a score of 0.00 on the Regulatory Index—a significant concern. Their business has only been active for 1-2 years, and I am particularly cautious with firms that have such a short track record. Furthermore, the broker is listed on several unauthorized company blacklists, and there are warnings about high potential risk and a suspicious scope of business. Minimum deposits vary widely, but some accounts require significant upfront investments—without credible regulation, this is an unacceptable risk for me. From my perspective, with so many unanswered questions about regulation, transparency, and business legitimacy, Nova Finance does not meet my minimum criteria for trustworthiness and client fund safety. I would not personally trade with them.
