On the other hand, if you are withdrawing funds via telegraphic transfer or interbank transfer, daily minimums apply depending on the currency: for HKD or RMB, the first withdrawal per day is subject to a HKD/RMB 300 minimum, and for USD it's US$25. Additional withdrawals within the same day carry higher fees. For practical purposes, I always consider these minimums and fee structures together, as small withdrawals—especially in foreign currencies—can quickly incur relatively substantial charges that impact overall returns. It's important to read through Victory Securities’ fee schedule before making transactions to avoid unexpected costs, as the withdrawal terms are detailed and may evolve over time.
