I am drawn to the broker's wide range of instruments and their self-developed trading platform, both of which support efficient trading. However, my approach requires careful consideration of risk and operational reliability, and here EXANTE gives me pause. There are reports from other clients—some of whom struggled to withdraw funds or faced long delays—which raise concerns. In particular, there are documented cases where users had difficulty accessing their money during emergencies or experienced a lack of clear communication and inadequate escalation from support managers. For me, these are not issues to take lightly. Platform stability is essential, and there have been mentions of login difficulties and prolonged inability to access accounts. While some users have reported smooth trading sessions and quick setup, the existence of serious withdrawal and platform access problems makes me cautious. In my trading, I prioritize brokers where service issues are rare and resolved quickly. EXANTE's strengths are meaningful, but given the high minimum deposit and these documented service challenges, I am extremely cautious.
