While they offer a broad set of products through a web and mobile platform and don’t require a minimum deposit, their lack of regulatory oversight is significant. From what is clearly visible, RKFS does not publish detailed information about documents needed for withdrawals. That’s an immediate red flag because reputable, well-regulated brokers usually specify this upfront, typically requiring basic KYC documents like proof of identity (passport or driver’s license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and sometimes banking details. Given the critical importance of fund safety, I never assume the process will be smooth with a broker that is not transparent on withdrawal requirements. If I were to proceed, I would prepare standard identity and address documentation, but I would also reach out directly to their support channels for explicit instructions before depositing any funds. Transparency here is non-negotiable for me due to the substantial risk: one negative user report on non-payment is enough to make me extremely careful. To sum up, because RKFS doesn’t state their withdrawal document requirements, I would not proceed with an initial deposit until that information—and the reliability of their process—was confirmed in writing by customer support. In my judgment, when there’s regulatory uncertainty, being conservative is far safer.
