However, when I tried to assess their customer support, I found limited information about the responsiveness and quality of their service—apart from a phone number, there isn’t much public feedback or evidence detailing how quickly or effectively issues are resolved. For me, as someone who values direct and reliable communication with brokers in fast-moving markets, this lack of clarity introduces uncertainty. Furthermore, while the company is associated with the established Central Tanshi Co., Ltd., and offers a variety of interbank market trading services, including forex and derivatives, I noted that details about their fee structure and trading conditions are not clearly outlined. In environments where platforms can experience slippage, outages, or other reliability concerns, I look for verifiable user testimonials or technical documentation, but I couldn’t find adequate information in this case. For cautious traders like myself, this opacity increases the risk of unforeseen issues and makes it difficult to fully trust the platform’s reliability, especially for high-stakes or time-sensitive trades. So, while some regulatory oversight exists, I remain cautious until I see more transparent operations and consistent support.
