The WikiFX information indicates a suspicious regulatory license, no valid regulatory information, and a high-risk profile. For me, this translates into real concerns, not just about unknown spreads or commissions, but also about wider slippage, unexpected overnight financing costs, and potential withdrawal issues. Regulated brokers usually provide a transparent breakdown of spreads, commissions, and swaps for major indices. With Aqua, none of this critical cost data is verifiable or accessible, making it impossible for me to quantify the actual expense of trading products like the US100. Given these issues, I personally would not commit capital without thorough disclosures, particularly on a product as popular and volatile as the US100.
