For traders like myself, this is a significant red flag given the importance of strong regulatory oversight for both asset access and client fund safety. In terms of available trading products—such as popular instruments like Gold (XAU/USD) and Crude Oil—I could not find any direct or reliable disclosures from Maven specifying which assets or instruments are actually offered to independent traders. This lack of transparency adds another layer of uncertainty. From my experience, reputable brokers make their tradable asset lists clear and easy to access, which is not the case here. In summary, I would exercise caution and refrain from making any assumptions about the availability of particular assets such as Gold or Crude Oil on Maven. The absence of up-to-date regulation combined with unclear product information does not provide me with enough confidence or detail to proceed or recommend engagement for those seeking to trade these specific instruments.
