Okasan Asset has a unique fee structure that offers clients two options: a Fixed Service Fee and a Performance Fee. The Fixed Service Fee is 1.1% of assets under management per annum (1.0% net of tax), which can vary based on the contract period, investment strategies, and the amount invested. The Performance Fee is up to 40% of the Fixed Service Fee, plus a further 22% (20% net of tax) on the profits. From my perspective, the performance fee could result in substantial costs, especially if my investment is profitable. This fee structure could be costly for active traders or those with large portfolios.
