From what I’ve checked, ICE Markets is not currently regulated. The FCA regulation they once had has expired, and the LFSA status is unverified. For me, that’s a serious red flag because regulation is one of my first checkpoints before depositing funds. Even though they have a wide product range and use MT4, I always remind myself that trading with an unregulated broker carries higher risks—especially in YMYL areas like forex and crypto trading.
