Due to the customer's failure to confirm the order in a timely manner, the order timed out, preventing the system from completing the deposit. The standard procedure in this case is for the payment channel to refund the payment to the customer, who would then re-deposit the funds. However, the payment channel flagged the receiving account as potentially suspicious, preventing the refund. Multiple attempts to process the refund resulted in the payment channel's card being frozen. The payment channel and the customer are currently in communication to resolve the issue, and the platform is actively coordinating to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
