I've been using the broker for 3 years. Support is excellent via chat or by phone. Prices are clear. I really like how the fees are up front and not hidden in a bid/ask spread or other hidden fees. You know exactly how much the service or trade will cost. There is a slight learning curve using the software, but there are many tutorial videos on their website.
