Para çekme işlemi yapılamıyor

2800 dolarlık çekim talebim 8 aydır takılı kaldı, vergi ve diğer ücretleri ödedim ama hala çekemiyorum. Tüm paramı bu platforma yatırdım ama hiçbir şey geri alamıyorum.
