Fiz uma negociação ruim e meu stop loss foi destruído do nada devido à baixa liquidez do mercado. Totalmente minha culpa, mas resolvi entrar em contato com a BlazeMarkets só para garantir. Adivinha? Eles foram acima e além! Encaminhei meu caso para os provedores de liquidez, claro, mas então...eles realmente reembolsaram minha conta pela diferença! Basicamente, coloque-o de volta onde meu stop loss DEVERIA estar, não onde ficou tudo maluco. Quer dizer, eu mereci totalmente a perda com base na negociação, mas Gaman avançou de uma forma ENORME.

Unexpected Loss Reversed: BlazeMarkets Exceeds Expectations with Exceptional Support

Made a bad trade and my stop loss got whacked way outta nowhere due to low market liquidity. Totally my fault, but I figured I'd reach out to BlazeMarkets just in case. Guess what? They went above and beyond! Forwarded my case to the liquidity providers, sure, but then...they actually reimbursed my account for the difference! Basically put it back to where my stop loss SHOULD have been, not where it got all crazy. I mean, I totally deserved the loss based on the trade, but Gaman stepped up in a HUGE way.
