FXOpulence is way better on that - their spreads are usually around 1.2 to 1.5 pips, sometimes even lower (can go up though). They got a good selection to trade too. I play with GPBUSD and JPYGPB for the mid-term, dabble in UK100 and Germany30, and even grabbed some stocks for the long run.
