When I was about to withdraw my funds, Kato suspended my bonus account due to the suspicion of multiple accounts. I only use Wi-Fi, and other family members also use the same Wi-Fi and trade on Katoprime. When I sought clarification, Kato only explained that my account was suspected of being a multiple account, not definitively so. Furthermore, upon reviewing the terms and conditions, there is no clause prohibiting the use of a shared network (Wi-Fi).
