As an experienced trader, I approach brokers like HUNGSING with a very cautious mindset, especially when it comes to questions of legitimacy and regulatory standing. In my evaluation, there are some critical red flags that cannot be ignored. Although the company has been operational for over five years and is registered in Hong Kong, its regulatory situation is far from reassuring for anyone who values the protection strong oversight usually offers. Most concerningly, HUNGSING’s license for dealing in futures contracts has been outright revoked by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong, and its securities license is marked as exceeded. These statuses mean their regulatory permissions are either rescinded or have lapsed—leaving clients exposed to higher risks. From my perspective, a broker’s current, valid regulatory status is non-negotiable. The absence of a demo account and lack of clear, published information about trading fees or account types only add to the opaqueness. Furthermore, a user complaint on record accuses the firm of withholding withdrawals and manipulating clients—allegations which must be considered seriously when evaluating potential risks. While HUNGSING offers a range of financial services and provides a web and mobile platform, none of this outweighs the regulatory warnings and user complaints. Personally, I would not entrust funds to a broker under these circumstances, and would strongly advise seeking properly regulated alternatives for trading security and peace of mind.
