While the company has operated for over 15 years and presents itself as established in Hong Kong, there are recurring, detailed user accounts highlighting severe withdrawal challenges. Several individuals report that initial small withdrawals might be processed, yet, once there are profits or larger sums involved, withdrawals often become delayed, rejected, or subject to unexpected requirements such as additional payments to "unfreeze" funds or resolve supposed banking issues. In fact, some users mention not succeeding in withdrawing funds at all, even after multiple attempts. Given the financial risk and exposure identified, I would not consider my funds secure or accessible within a standard industry time frame—typically 1-5 business days—until I saw consistent, verifiable evidence of timely transactions.
