However, if there are any issues with account setup or if your request falls around weekends or holidays, it can lead to minor delays. That said, I have not encountered any unusual or unexplained delays or missing funds, so from a risk management perspective, this part of Questrade’s process has remained reliable for me. I would encourage anyone using Questrade to ensure their banking information is up to date and to initiate withdrawals with enough lead time if you need your funds by a certain date, particularly to avoid any stress due to banking schedules.
