In my direct experience evaluating NatWest Markets, I found that its platform access is quite different from most brokers I have worked with. As a trader familiar with popular platforms like MT4, MT5, and cTrader, I was immediately struck by their absence at NatWest Markets. The only available digital interface provided is the NatWest Mobile Banking App, which is aimed squarely at everyday banking and basic investment activities rather than advanced trading. This lack of support for professional-grade trading platforms is a key consideration for me. Why does this matter? For active forex trading, access to robust charting tools, algorithmic trading capabilities, and the broad community support found on MT4 or MT5 is essential. At NatWest Markets, however, I could not find any mention of integration with these or any specialized trading platforms. The focus is clearly on retail banking and investment products rather than delivering the advanced trading experience that serious traders require. Given the absence of regulated oversight and no dedicated trading platform options, my professional view is that NatWest Markets does not cater to active forex traders who need tools like MT4, MT5, or cTrader. For my trading needs, this platform is not suitable, and I would cautiously consider alternative brokerages if these features are important.
