From my experience exploring brokers and financial institutions, clarity around withdrawal minimums is vital—not just for planning but also as an indicator of transparency. In the case of CMCU, after carefully reviewing their published fee and account information, I was unable to find any specifics about a minimum withdrawal amount for their accounts. Generally, reputable brokers are quite clear about such operational details, but with CMCU this information is either missing or not prominently disclosed. That absence is, in itself, a caution flag for me. I place a high value on clear terms, especially when it comes to access to my own funds. Additionally, their fee structure is relatively complex, and their registration under an “exceeded” ASIC license status introduces further uncertainty for me as a trader. While CMCU does provide a table of fees for certain types of withdrawals (for instance, a $2.50 fee for in-branch cash withdrawals), this relates to costs, not the permitted minimum. In summary, my conclusion as a trader is that unless CMCU can provide definite information about minimum withdrawal amounts, I would proceed very conservatively, perhaps even contacting their support directly for written clarification before making any decisions involving sizeable deposits or withdrawals. For now, their lack of transparency in this area would temper my trust.
