According to their available information, RCB has officially ceased all banking and investment services and does not function as an active broker anymore. This means that, at present, there are no trading platforms, products, or customer tools available, let alone any transparent or accessible information about trading fees, commissions, or spreads. From an expert's risk perspective, the lack of regulation is especially significant—RCB is not overseen by CySEC or any notable international authority. The absence of a regulatory framework typically makes it difficult, if not impossible, to assess what their fee structure would have been, had they been operating. Reliable brokers disclose details like commissions and spreads up front, giving traders confidence and clarity; however, in RCB’s case, this information is now completely unavailable due to their closure. To summarize my position: since RCB is no longer conducting business and does not offer trading accounts, there are simply no applicable fees, commissions, or spreads to review or analyze. For anyone seeking a trading partner, I would insist on working only with a fully regulated and transparent broker that actively publishes its cost structure. This is essential for both trading safety and financial peace of mind.
