From my experience, regulated brokers typically outline such important rules clearly in their client agreement or on their official website. The fact that TD’s fee structure and withdrawal procedures are not openly detailed brings additional risk, as clients would have limited recourse if a withdrawal issue were to arise. For my own trading, I would never proceed with funding or new account activity with a broker—no matter how large or reputable their parent company—unless all operational policies, especially around withdrawing funds, are clarified and guaranteed by a credible regulatory framework. I strongly recommend seeking direct confirmation from TD’s official support about withdrawal minimums, and urge extreme caution until clear, written policies are provided.
