Having traded forex and commodities for years, evaluating brokers' transparency and trading conditions is paramount for safeguarding capital. In my assessment of C&S, it's immediately apparent that crucial details—such as whether they offer fixed or variable spreads—are missing from the available information. This lack of transparency is concerning and, in my experience, often signals that conditions may not be favorable for retail traders, especially since the firm is entirely unregulated. When a broker doesn't disclose basic parameters like spread structure, it becomes impossible to reliably estimate trading costs. For those of us who trade around news releases or during volatile periods, the distinction between fixed and variable spreads is not trivial. Variable spreads typically widen during tumultuous market events, sometimes unpredictably. In the absence of clear regulation or published spread policies, I have found that trading with such brokers can expose traders to sharply increased costs or unfavorable executions just when markets are moving the most. Without demo accounts for testing, these risks are heightened. Due to C&S's lack of regulatory oversight and limited transparency, I approach the issue of spreads—and all costs associated with trading through them—with extreme caution. For me, trust is built on clarity and accountability, neither of which are evident with this provider. I would not feel comfortable trading through a broker where even such fundamental details remain undisclosed.
