Based on my review and experience analyzing brokers like Aqua, I need to emphasize that transparency around leverage is crucial for me when evaluating a trading platform. Unfortunately, Aqua does not publicly disclose its highest leverage levels for major forex pairs, nor does it provide clear differentiation in leverage policies between forex and other asset types. This lack of specific information is a significant red flag for me, especially given the other concerning context: Aqua operates without valid regulatory oversight and holds a “suspicious regulatory license,” which is something I treat with extreme caution. From my perspective, not clearly stating leverage terms introduces avoidable risks that I simply cannot overlook as a responsible trader. In my trading journey, I’ve found that well-regulated brokers are always upfront about leverage limits and asset-specific conditions. Since Aqua does not provide these details, I cannot independently verify what kind of risk exposure I’d actually be taking on as a client. For me, this absence of clarity—combined with no legitimate regulatory safeguards—means Aqua does not meet the minimum standards of trustworthiness or transparency required for handling leveraged products. As always, especially with high leverage, my policy is strict: if crucial information is not clearly provided and independently verifiable, I do not proceed.
