Based on my research and review of Simplex Asset Management, I found that their website and sources provide limited transparency regarding specific trading conditions such as whether they offer fixed or variable spreads. For me as a trader, having clarity on spread types is critically important because it directly affects trading costs, especially during periods of high market volatility, such as major news releases. From what I know, in the forex industry, spreads often widen significantly during volatile news events unless a broker specifically advertises fixed spreads and has the systems in place to honor those prices. With Simplex Asset Management, there is no public or easily accessible data specifying their spread regimen, and this absence of information is a red flag for me. This lack of disclosure makes it difficult to assess potential trading costs under stress, and it's particularly concerning given that user feedback alludes to customer service and withdrawal difficulties. Given their regulatory oversight in Japan and long-standing presence, I expected more operational transparency. However, without clear documentation on spread structure, I would personally approach trading with Simplex Asset Management cautiously and recommend that other traders confirm these details directly with the broker before committing any substantial funds, especially if you plan to be active during news-driven volatility. For my own portfolio, uncertainty around spreads is a significant deterrent.
