While the company operates in Thailand and is present on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, it is not globally overseen or licensed for international trading. This means that if issues arise with your funds or trading disputes occur, there may be limited avenues for recourse or external protection. For me, regulation and oversight are non-negotiable aspects when evaluating a broker, because they provide a layer of trust and enforce minimum standards regarding client fund safety and business practices. Another drawback I observed is the absence of a demo account, which makes it difficult to test the Finansia HERO platform or get a feel for order execution and system reliability without committing real capital. As a cautious trader, I rely on demo accounts to trial new platforms and strategies before risking any money. Also worth noting is the high potential risk label associated with Finansia, and the fact that the minimum deposit requirement is not clearly stated. The lack of transparency in some operational aspects raises further questions for me regarding suitability for prudent traders, particularly those new to the market. Overall, without robust regulatory backing and full clarity, I would approach Finansia with significant caution.
