In my review of SSI, I found that their product lineup focuses mainly on traditional financial instruments rather than typical forex broker offerings. Specifically, SSI offers trading in equities, covered warrants, ETFs, futures, and open funds. They supplement these with services like retail and institutional brokerage, asset management, investment banking, and treasury solutions. However, I couldn’t find any mention of forex, indices, cryptocurrencies, or commodities as available trading instruments with SSI. For me, this is quite limiting compared to what I expect from brokers with a broader international reach. It's important for my own decision-making to know that while SSI provides access to Vietnam’s equity and derivative markets, their range isn’t tailored to multi-asset retail traders seeking forex or alternative assets. Additionally, the lack of transparency around their specific account structures and trading platform details makes it harder for me to thoroughly assess how well their offerings might match a particular trading style. Given SSI’s unregulated status, I exercise particular caution, as regulation plays a crucial role in safety and dispute resolution. For anyone interested in a firm with broader global instruments, especially forex or crypto, I personally would look to regulated, international brokers with documented protections and a wider asset mix.
