The primary concern for me is the firm’s lack of clear, valid regulatory oversight, as highlighted by a zero regulatory index and warnings of high risk. In the absence of trustworthy regulatory disclosures and with no detailed fee schedule accessible, I cannot verify whether they charge inactivity fees, nor under what terms or after what period of account dormancy. From my own perspective, this lack of clarity raises significant red flags. Reputable brokers almost always make such policies easily accessible to clients, usually as a matter of regulatory compliance. The inability to verify this critical information directly affects my confidence and trust toward the broker.
