As someone who has navigated the forex landscape for years, I approach every broker with a careful eye, particularly when regulatory status is in question. My evaluation of Daman Securities raises several substantial concerns. Most critically, Daman Securities operates entirely without valid regulatory oversight. In my experience, the absence of regulation significantly elevates the risk to client funds, as there’s no independent authority to ensure fair practices or to manage disputes. What’s particularly troubling for me as a trader are the recurring patterns in user reports regarding withdrawal difficulties. Several individuals describe being unable to access their own funds, facing demands for additional taxes and charges, and experiencing either extensive delays or outright non-responsiveness from support. These are not isolated situations, but repeated scenarios that set off major alarm bells for me. Once clients start reporting that promised withdrawals are frustrated with new requirements and poor communication, it becomes extremely difficult to justify any further engagement. While it’s true that the broker offers a wide range of instruments and provides access to recognized trading platforms like MT5, none of these features compensate for the lack of regulation and the questionable handling of client funds. Even if some traders mention improvements needed in customer service or platform speed, for me, the core issue remains the safety and retrievability of capital. Until Daman Securities addresses its regulatory shortcomings and rebuilds trust through transparent and reliable client processes, I would exercise extreme caution and personally would not entrust them with my capital.
