As an experienced forex trader, transparency around spreads is crucial for me when choosing where to trade. Unfortunately, based on my review of the available information, U.S. Bank does not provide any specific details about EUR/USD spreads for standard accounts. In fact, there appears to be no direct mention of live forex trading spreads, typical pip costs, or transparent trading conditions related to currency pairs such as EUR/USD at all. What I’ve found is that U.S. Bank primarily presents itself as a provider of standard banking and wealth management services. While the bank offers investment management and has some features that might appeal to those seeking general investment or business banking solutions, there is no regulated or clearly described forex brokerage service. The lack of regulatory oversight further concerns me—especially since there is a warning about the absence of valid regulatory information. In my trading practice, I only trust brokers that clearly display their spread structure and are vetted by reputable regulatory bodies. Without both, I consider the risk to be significant. Personally, I would not proceed with U.S. Bank for forex trading, especially for something as basic and essential as the EUR/USD spread, until there is proven transparency and reliable oversight in place.
